Very pleasant entry level cuvée; not complex but really enjoyable. Joyful style with lots of citrus fruits (lemon dominates), and white flowers, some melon and pear, chalk and gunpowder, metallic notes and a hint of fireplace and smoke on the finish.
High acidity and very present bubbles, it's a wine to enjoy with friends and not to think about too much.
