Tuesday, August 10, 2021 - Never know where to put the NV and there I have no clue about the base.

Quite a fruity nose on this one, with raspberry and a few other little berry fruits, palate is quite energetic but lacks zing to my zingy mouth :)

Not much on the lees or yeasty character, so it has a pretty fruit driven palate.

A good aperitif wine, with easy drinking style.
