Monday, July 24, 2017 - A very good food wine. Still vibrant and big at 10 years. Black fruit cassis and significant tannic structure. Well-balanced acidity. Cedar on the nose and a little dust on the palet. Slightly juicy when sipped but perfect with a burger. Plenty of time left. It drinks young.
