Thursday, August 2, 2012 - Real Cabernet nose - eucalypt But you can smell the Shiraz ripe fruit behind it. Pallet silky smooth finishing slightly peppery but this reduced as the bottle was left. Almost a fortifed finish to it. Really enjoyable.
