Saturday, April 2, 2016 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction; 4/1/2016-4/2/2016 (Tru Restaurant - Chicago IL): Small glass, brief note. Lots of earth and fully mature fruit, but lots more unresolved structure. Plus a slightly hollow middle.
