Thursday, November 2, 2017 - Loads of petrol on the nose, flanked by soft aromas of apple and lemon. Focused, with dueling inverted flavors of sweet lemon and tart apple overlapping a light petrol taste on the palate. Could use a touch more acidity to be truly great, but it's still very good.
