Saturday, January 7, 2017 - This wine is getting better with age.
Nose is slightly sweet and fruity.
Palate is dry, tobacco, cassis with a hint of spice. Very typical of a dry (non sparkling) clare valley red.
Drunk slightly chilled and got better as it was open for an hour.
