Tuesday, August 2, 2016 - @Bürgerspital: In the nose Papaya, peaches, apricot and minerals. Dry, the acidity is soft in the beginning but increasingly distinct as it opens up and lingers on into the very long aftertaste. Rend apples, melon and ripe lemon on the palate. Quite fat and oily texture. It lacks a bit of balance to hit the really high notes but definitely an exciting glass.
