Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - Silvio Nardi at Rococo, Sofitel, (Dubai): Amber, pronounced nose spices, apricots, quince, sweet spices, nutmeg, gingerbread, caramel, orange candy. it keeps coming. And all these aromas are balanced with lovely acidity. Never cloying, blew me away. Great. At Rococo in Dubai.
