Monday, September 10, 2012 - Decanted for 1-2 hours. A nice generous nose or kirsch, raspberry and cassis with hints of meat juices leading to a nice mouth of red fruit. The nice smooth finish with mouth coating flavors and a lush feel. It was my first Giraud wine and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m sure glad I got some of the ’10 Gallimardes.
