Friday, March 13, 2015 - Decanted for 1 hour. The cabbage smell on the nose was still present but weaker than last time. Slight improvement compared with last bottle, but consistent with old tasting note. It served our fusion food (Lambchops with a mint-chili-lemon sauce and sweet potatoes with cilantro, ginger and sesame oil) perfectly.
