Monday, October 17, 2011 - black cherries, earth, and cola on the nose. Medium body with cherry and oak on the palate. Delicate mouthfeel with a medium long finish. Slightly tannic - could age 5 - 7 years. Slight wound up when first opened and loosened a bit after an hour or so.
