Sunday, October 26, 2014 - Dark purple tone, first taste is still a bit tight, to be expected for this one. Drank one glass and left it corked until the next day -transformed. Like drinking a bacon wrapped filet, same meaty intensity on day 2, but with allspice, coffee, dark chocolate and dark fruit but it's very alive. Going to wait a year on my two remaining bottles.
