Monday, March 12, 2012 - From this maker of world famous Carema (if not it should be) this bright yellow wine is yeasty, bready, with floral undertones upfront. On the palate its light, bright acidity, clean. Lacks mouth feel or any lengthy finish. This would pair nicely with certain cheeses and other milk-fat related dishes. Nice.
