Saturday, April 19, 2014 - Clear, pale lemon in color, medium intensity with developed aromas of lemon/lime zest, sea salt, meadow flower and wet stone. Dry, with medium (+) levels of acidity and alcohol; presenting intense, softly textured, citrus fruit on sharply cut crisp mineral base. Modestly long saline finish reminiscent of seawater. Nice summer time sipper. Next time w/shellfish.
