Saturday, November 12, 2016 - It has been about 4.5 years since I first tried this wine. It still needs at least an hour decant for the heat to blow off. With some time, the ripeness gives way to the dark fruit flavors. Works pretty well with a simple cheese pizza. Drink now through 2020+
