Friday, February 21, 2014 - Pop and pour into a decanter. In the glass, clear ruby red. On the nose, strong floral aromatics and a hint of crushed cherries. On the palate, a mix of cherries, currants, and some slight astringency on the finish. I'm not sure this has much evolution ahead, but it's a nice accompaniment to food right now.
