Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Similar notes to 4/19/2014. If you have the Zuni Cafe cookbook and make the Zuni Roast Chicken, you have found your ideal wine pairing. Perfect match, due in part to the modest to light body and the zingy upfront acid that matches the acid in the bread salad while also cutting through the modest amount of fat in the dish (crisp skin, legs, thighs).
