Wednesday, September 7, 2011 - Hearty Nimes Rose best out of the bottle at 65 deg F soon after opening. Tested also at 55 deg F, vacu-vind 12 hrs, note below. Color leans toward red berry. Nose of light spicy red berry and perhaps melon. Attacks balanced and steady with fruit (light watermelon, perhaps red berry, and a hint of bubblegum or banana) with a slight glycerin coat and some spice and mineral (not much). Finishes slightly bitter with fading fruit and spice. Body medium, acid medium. Good QPR at USD12. Probably would buy again.
