Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - Ten months later, I am more bullish on this wine. It is not layered or complex, but more time in bottle has settled down the oak and brought out some really nice maraschino cherry flavor. The fruit seems much more pure than I remembered. On the roof of the mouth after swishing around for a few seconds, there is even some Mt Morency tart cherry mashed with a little bit of sugar. The more I swallow, the more I like the flavor.
