Wednesday, January 27, 2021 - Slow oxed for 30 minutes. This bottle confounded me. Shy nose of cranberries, smoked meats. The palate felt a bit hollow in the mid level without enough concentration to see it through. It seemed to get a little better over time with air. This bottle should be ok as it was recently pulled out of in bond storage but maybe it is off. A few more bottle so it will be interesting to try those soon.
