Saturday, August 26, 2023 - Basically a PnP, but the wine did improve modestly over the course of an hour. Certainly at its peak, which could extend for 2+ years but a lovely balance of ripe, but not overripe, black cherry, with a sauvage character to it. Very interesting and enjoyable. 30 second finish.
