Sunday, February 3, 2013 - In a weird place. I first opened one over a year ago and there was too much acid, not much yeast. Now, it's showing vanilla flavors (where is that from?) and still not much yeast. The flavors mellowed after an hour or so in bottle so I'm thinking this may just need a couple more years to integrate.
