Monday, July 19, 2021 - Thrilling, as it's always been. Just a smidge of sweetness, near-enough dry and thus racy notwithstanding fruit that's plump and fleshy with a creamy richness. Complex flavor spectrum combines pale fruits and sweeter ones with poached pear, banana, some underripe mango, and key lime, with a little whiff of kerosene.
