Monday, July 13, 2020 - 67Pm tasting with Jean-Guillaume Prats

Initially closed. Left for 35 minutes during tasting. Incredibly rich nose on return. Cigar box, black fruit.

tobacco, black olive tapenade over the fruit. Incredibly fine tannins and a long long finish.

Other notes seem to say this is closed or closing up and whilst it took its time this was stunning.
