Friday, March 1, 2024 - Opened on Wed afternoon, let it stand in the cellar until Friday.
Was open for business on the first pour at 7, got better and better last pour at 10:30.
Loved it. Similar tasting notes to before. Just more of the bottle was singing if I let it breathe for 2 days first.
