Friday, February 10, 2023 - This has approximately 5 years of bottle age. The fruit is a mix of ripe pear, white grapes and hints of peach. This goes along with fine brioche and French toast notes. The age has also added aromas of almond slivers and caramel which help to root the wine. This drinks well now and proves that a few years of bottle age can easily elevate NV sparklers. Fresh palate, but on balance too much acidity.
