Saturday, October 28, 2023 - Maturing profile showing some age. Pear fruit, smoke as well as autolytic and nutty notes. Latter more prevalent on the palate. Still drinks nicely but judging from this badge it would appear 5-8 years drinking window if you want to catch this in its prime.
