Tuesday, December 6, 2011 - 2011 Sal's Beverage World Champagne Tasting (Elmhurst, Illinois): The best sparkler at the retailer tasting. 56% Pinot Noir and 44% Chardonnay. Very fresh and lively. Dry with a steely character. 91-92 points.
