The most apparent flavors in this are deep red apple, a slight nutiness, mild spices, and a little bit of bread. Everything is relatively well balanced and this champagne has nice acidity. My only complaint is that this tastes a little bit young and it is missing a little bit of smoothness in texture many slightly higher quality champagnes posses.
