Saturday, June 29, 2013 - Deep straw in colour.

Nose of brioche, green apples, lime hints of white grapefruit.

Lovely fine mousse with plenty of acidity in the mouth. Green apples, lemon with a creamy mouth feel. Excellent length and really balanced.

An excellent wine.
