Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Beautiful wine for NV. style: balanced and refined. rich almost creamy, but has the acidic backbone to balance the well integrated yeast, so I guess not that creamy.... this falls near the middle of the style profile of acid vs yeasty, but more elegant
