Friday, June 20, 2008 - a full mousse explodes w/ appealing aromatics including a toast element. Very effervescent w/ a tornado of bubbles. Lemon peel, green apple, stonefruit, and candy necklace w/ mild toast. Light, very fresh, and alive this wine. Beautifully balanced to the finish.
