Saturday, May 9, 2020 - One of my favourite N/V Champagnes. I really like how lean and fresh it is while still being exceptionally balanced and versatile. Stony and chalky, with yellow orchard fruit, lemon, lime, and a nice foundation of light toastiness. Longer finish than you might expect for such a crisp wine. Just very well made.
