Saturday, March 27, 2021 - From a magnum. Cuvee 2013, bottled 2014, disgorged in 2017. Pale golden colour, a small number of tiny bubbles but they seem to go on for a long time. Powerful mouthfeel, I would say initially slightly arrogant due to acidity. But nevertheless a really satisfying, fresh NV champagne.

Lemon, green apple. Some toasty notes and good minerality. Still very fresh so I am happy to more left.
