Very similar to a recent late August btl without the benefit of an extra year in my cellar like that btl but still very close in experience. Classy bread dough & citrus aromas. Beautifully balanced and pure w/ signature racy layers of bright citrus, mineral, stone fruit along with delicate sophisticated bubbles. First sips hits with you a sexy burst of orange rind. Just terrific! This is a remarkably consistently great cuvee that punches above its price point. Cristal on the cheap? Not at that level but awfully good!
