Tuesday, February 4, 2020 - Coravin and left in the glass around 30 mins before starting to drink. Not saying anything new to point out that this is far from ready. No particular nose to speak of at this stage - just a sense of reserved graphite. Palate again has that graphite character, very dark, cool, poised and rather brooding. Savoury chew, a charred meat quality. Feels a bit betwixt and between - the lightness of the body doesn't quite mesh with the darkness of the flavours. Interesting to try again sometime though as there's a lot here.
