Sunday, December 1, 2013 - Solid Napa Cab. Still big and bold but ready to drink. The wine settled down the second day and was excellent. Blackberry, cassis, licorice and herbs of Provence. Still showing firm tannins that settle with an appropriate food pairing. Good acid structure with a solid long finish with lingering tannins. A good value wine.
