Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Minty fresh, yet mature and rich, tasting of bruised apple, smothered with toffee and liberally drizzled with lime juice. A dessert wine of the highest order with the sweetness offset with piercing acidity to give perfect balance, all capped off with a wonderful length of finish. Top drawer stuff. CHP 94 pts
