Monday, January 15, 2024 - Abundant fruit, with some cherry traces, though mostly prune and raisin now. Leather and savory soy and some other unidentified tertiary notes. Needed some time in the decanter for the heat to blow off, but otherwise balanced. Probably has some life left, but not for long. Paired well with a hearty beef bourguignon on a cold winter night.
