Sunday, December 28, 2014 - Beautiful Barolo, drinking close to peak now but with many more years ahead of it. Double decanted at 10 am for 8 pm dinner. Silky, plush, with resolved tannins and lovely fruit. Strong finish.

We will be serving this at an event next week and I was wondering if you still felt it needs that long of a decant? It has been 5 years since you had it...thanks, any insight is welcome!
