Sunday, June 12, 2011 - pale color. nose of raw honey, lemongrass and dried flowers. Notes of flowers, fresh peach. At times I noticed flavors reminiscent of biting into a Gala apple. A little Jolly Rancher sour apple. Nice acidity (not bracing) and a clean dry finish with traces of dried apricot and fresh grass. I really enjoyed this wine.
