Saturday, July 13, 2019 - PnP. Initial aromas were shy with hints of nuts, apples, and mild citrus. With more air, the aromas amplify with added nuts, mild caramel, and mushrooms. Palate initially had nuts, plenty of minerals, apples, mild citrus, herbs, and bitter pith. Nice acids. Nice moderately long finish. With more air, the wine becomes more nutty with mild caramel that layers with the other flavors. Complex and beautiful with power and concentration.
