Monday, June 22, 2009 - Starting to take on a brownish hue. Some real sweetness on the nose with aromas like cinnamon and sandlewood. Sharp acidity on the palate, maybe a bit too much considering the sweetness that makes me wonder about the addition of acid. Good length but time to drink up.
