Friday, July 4, 2014 - One of period is good to drink. Perfume and gentle like d'Auvenay style, not hard terrior like domaine leroy. Rose and bouquet is tightly , mix with pure earth and pure terrior , pure and clear and wide , red flower and white flower with pure air blow around.
In mouth is very silky , wine is tight and fully texture , complex and huge detail. It's sparkling at tip of the tongue with little bubble around thousand of bubble ( taste with mugnier bonne mares 01 , mugnier is have a sparkling too but bubble is bigger and not to much ). Ripe and delicious.
Aftertaste is long on face and neck and chest
