Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Happy to have ten more of these, drinking very well now, lovely fruit and beautiful structure. Paired will with a ribeye. Two hour decant and I feel it needed every minute of it, was fairly close when I took a quick taste on opening, and continued to evolve in the glass even after the decant.
