Sunday, January 26, 2014 - Light gold color throughout with good clarity and density. The aromas are honey, floral notes, nutty notes, butter, bread, ginger, and pear. The tastes are ginger, honeysuckle, pear, with some citrus fruit. The finish is lengthy, the body is full, and their is salinity in the nice round finish. I have had several bottles of this and this is my current "go-to" value Champagne. It is a bit hedonistic!
