Saturday, October 28, 2006 - This was a truly spectacular California Cabernet. Color is dark garnet with slight lightening at the rim. On the nose, cherry, cassis, smoke, and a hint of chocolate. The palate reveals cherry, chewy cassis, spice, toasty wood, and smooth tannins. Beautifully balanced and a pleasure to drink. Matt Bair delivers again!
