Thursday, February 23, 2012 - Wonderful oak and classic cabernet nose. Flavors are strong black cherry, some graphite and cassis. A bit of heat upon opening but after an hour the fruit expanded and balanced out. Long finish, still fresh feeling. Probably can age a few more years but it's wonderful now.
