Wednesday, May 4, 2005 - Steaks at the Metropolitan Grill (Seattle, WA): We started out with this fantastic wine. At first it was all plush and loaded with chocolate, but with air some notes of tobacco came forth. Round, rich, long and powerful, it is both uncomplicated and irresistible at the same time.
